Patient Arrival, Appointment & Payment Policies

Patient Arrival Policy: We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, however each patient is triaged and those with more severe or life-threatening issues will be seen first. For your protection and others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Appointment Policy: We operate on an emergency basis as the patient is admitted into the hospital. The attending veterinarians see life-threatening issues before stable patients are seen.

Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), checks, scatch pay, and cash. The owner of the card must sign all cards.
