Refer Patients in 3 Easy Steps
Call EAHCC to speak directly with one of our Emergency Veterinarians.
Submit your referral online or via email –please include records, lab work, and imaging.
Prepare your client for their ER visit, including giving basic directions and checking in at the front desk upon arrival.

Referral Commitments
Direct DVM Communication
Our ER doctors are available to discuss your patient referral and details of their condition.
Prompt Calls & Follow Up
We prioritize DVM calls. If one of our ER doctors is not immediately available to take your call, they will return your call as quickly as possible.
Timely Updates on Patients
We contact you to share information on newly admitted patients by next business day.
Same-Day Discharge Records
All medical records will be provided to you within 24 hours of a patient being discharged from our hospital.
