Call EAHCC to speak directly with one of our Emergency Veterinarians.
Submit your referral online or via email –please include records, lab work, and imaging.
Prepare your client for their ER visit, including giving basic directions and checking in at the front desk upon arrival.
We’ve built our practice on compassionate care that shows consideration to everyone involved, from pet parents to primary care veterinarians. Our relationship with veterinarians and their patients means the world to us and we are proud to be a resource to the Collin County community.

Direct DVM Communication
An ER doctor is always available to discuss your patient referral and details about their condition.
Prompt Calls & Follow Up
We answer DVM calls within 5 minutes when possible, or you’ll receive a call back within the next hour.
Timely Updates on Patients
We contact you to share information on newly admitted patients by the next business day.
Same-Day Discharge Records
All medical records will be provided to you the same day patients are discharged from our hospital.
