Our History

The Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County was incorporated in 1987 by 21 small animal veterinarians who practiced in Plano, Allen, McKinney, and Wylie in Collin County, Texas. Their founding veterinarians elected a board of directors to manage the emergency hospital first rented in a small space on Alma and Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. In 2001, a larger building was constructed on this site. In 2002, the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County moved into this building along with two other practices in the area.
